command runs sucessfully but there is no output :(

i dont know how pinentry-gtk is now popup if i run 'gpg --gen-key' from the 'root' account but if switch to the user 'student' and trying to run the 'gpg --gen-key' command its giving the same error i dont know why... plz let me know if you have some idea..!!
