I am unable to install rpm packages. Through research, I was told I need to install 'rpm-build'. How do I do this?

I am doing all of this as the 'root'

Rpm-build has nothing to do with installing rpms. Its used on rpm based distros, to build rpms. What exactly are you trying to do and provide as much info as possible.

I reinstalled it, and, to my knowledge; everything with the installation worked correctly
Now, the problem is, when I type input 'http://localhost:10000/' in the browser URL, I get a 'page not found' message. I am doing all of this in root.

If you want people to help you out, provide as much detail as you can about what you are trying to do, the problems you are having, any error messages and the Linux distribution you are using. Your post above does not tell us what you installed. I can guess that you are tying to run webmin and you are getting that error because webmin is probably not running, not installed or webmin is running with ssl support, you would have to access it using https://localhost:10000 .
