Risk of Linux P2P vs. Windows P2P software

Is there any more risk for the Windows users than us even though where connecting to the same networks?

I was wondering this as well...if you mean risks as in being fined etc....

In legal terms of sharing copywrited files, how on earth could there be a difference in liability between windows and linux users? In terms of spyware/adware/malware, then a lot of the stuff floating around the networks probably wouldn't do much, if any damage to a linux machine because they'd mostly be written for Windows.
