rhythmbox gives no sound when i fast forward
 
hi i just got rhythmbox to play mp3
playing any mp3 file is fine

but a problem occurs when i try to drag the time slider bar. there is no music after i drag the bar forward or back. i have to re play the song from the beginning to get sound again. in other words, i can not fast forward or skip to the middle part of a song. any ideas?
any help would be appreciated. thx.
