RHEL with sunfire x4200

I have installed RHEL-3 with Update 4 on sunfire x4200[amd processor]

While booting it gives error/warning message as follows
==========
/lib/modules/2.4.21-27/ELSMp/kernel/drivers/block-devices/floppy.o floppy not found
==========

while giving insmod command, it doesn't display any floppy.o

i have moved the file also from the above location even then the same warning comes.

any serious issue with this?
how can i disable the err/warning?

kindly help
Regards
