Rhel linux having issues with short cuts for Eclipse
Hello,
I am using eclipse Eclipse IDE for Java Developers Build id: 20090920-1017 on rhel 5.0 (redhat linux) with java 1.6 version. I am having a problem with the short cuts. CTRL+SHIFT+T works but CTRL+SHIFT+O or CTRL Space does not work. Are the key sequences different on rhel in comparison to Windows XP? Could someone let me know how the same can be resolved? Regards, |
I'd bet they are - you don't state whether you're using KDE or GNOME as your GUI; That probably affects the answer as well.

I think I am using gnome because I can see some gnome related (named) iconized windows in the bottom menu panel. How do I find out whether its gnome or kde as my GUI?
How do I resolve my issue? The short cuts are very important for making eclipse work effeciently |
here's a handy link to tell if you are gnomeing or kdeing
