Unhappy RH9+Mysql can read cannot write

I am using redhat 9 and Mysql. I wrote php file data that can read and insert in redhat 7. But it cannot insert in RH9. I don't know why?

Anyone can help me?

Maybe you don't have the permissions set correctly on the database.

Can you give more information as to what you did exactly?

When I use PhpMyAdmin, I can insert into the data table. When I write the PHP code, it can't. The PHP code is using in RH7.
