RH8 - won't recognize wireless lan card?

I installed RH8 on my Dell Inspiron 4150 laptop with an PCMCIA wireless lan card. It never boot up to recognize the card! I installed an earlier version on that computer before and it casued problem during installation because the software could not deal with situation where the computer has both wireless lan card and an ordinary lan circuit.

(Now I switch back to Windows XP, and it works just fine. Both exits but I need my laptop to do some serious programming on linux.)

Is there anything I need to setup to make my computer work correctedly?
