Hi,

I am trying to install RH7.2 on my computer. For some reason it keeps coming up with an error that says I am probably out of disk space. I know this is not the case because there is over 3 Megs on the disk. Can anyone figure out what the problem is? Here are some specs that may or may not be causing a problem.

Attempting to Dual-Boot with WinXP(Already Installed)
Multi-processor system
SCSI drives
Hard drives previously formatted for NTFS partitions, but that was removed.

I even tried installing RH7.2 with no extra software packages and that still didn't work. Sometimes the installation program lets me go back and change options, sometimes it goes into a complete failure and kills all processes and then tells me I can turn off my computer. I would really appreciate it if anyone can tell me what's wrong. Thanks.

will need a few more details.. are u creating the partitions yourself your you using the auto partition option while installing linux.. in your message you said 3 Megs.. i hope you meant 3 GB not just MBs.. if it is 3 GB, then try using the maual partition instead of the auto one.. if you doing the manaul partition only.. can you tell what is the size you allocating to each partition you are creating...
