j-me Member Registered: Jan 2003 Location: des moines, ia Distribution: suse RH Posts: 129 Rep:	RH6.2 sendmail Okay, I know this is old stuff but I have to use this for now. here is my error message in /var/log/maillog: sendmail[28145]: HAA20844: to=jammie.hall@fbfs.com, ctladdr=root (0/0), delay=2+04:23:41, xdelay=00:00:00, mailer=esmtp, relay=fbfs.com.mail4.psmtp.com., stat=Deferred: Connection reset by fbfs.com.mail4.psmtp.com. The relay is our anti-spam server. I need to change it to mail.fbfs.com. I have three other servers RH8.0 that work fine but I was able to get their .mc files changed. I'm unfamiliar with 8.9.2 sendmail and I cannot find a good reference. Anyone have an idea what needs to change? Stumped!
