RH 9 Install Blank Screen

Okay, I'm brand new to Linux and having trouble with an install. I installed Red Hat 9 and it installs fine, but when i exit and reboot, it runs through it's preboot stuff, then gives me a blank screen! I've tried doing a complete install and a server install and got the same thing. One time i tried just a pc install and got a root login screen but no GUI!. I think I may be having a compatibility problem w/my video card (ATI All in Wonder Raedon PCI) but am not sure. Can anyone helps?!

I doubt it is the video card. Try unplugging all peripherals from your machine, especially USB devices. Double check your bios settings as well. Plug and Pray OS set to 'no' and Legacy input device support to 'no'.

Okay tried setting BIOS To Non PNP and the monitor tried to come up but still didn't. I could hear the relay click on/off about 15 times then finally nothing. I did get garbage for a split second but now am back to blank screen. Will try it w/only the video card next.
