RH 8.0 - Event Logs

Hello,

Is there a command or file where I can pull up any event/error logs, similar to the windows logging (system, application, security events)?

OS is RedHat 8.0

Thanks

All logs should be in /var/log

cat /var/log/messages

If you attach to the /var/log directory there are actually a series of logs that flag all sorts of activities.
