Rewrite rule in ssl.conf


In the ssl.conf of my server I have the follwoing:

<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>

RewriteEngine On

RewriteRule ^/(.*) \\
https/%{SERVER_NAME}:443/VirtualHostRoot/$1 [L,P]


So now if I access it automatically redirects to

So far so good.

Now I want this to be redirected only when I type and not when i type

How can I do this ?

Please assist.
