Resync every reboot

I used raidtools 0.90-23 in Redhat 7.2 and harddisk 80*2 GB.

I configured raid 1 (mirror) at / (root partition) when installed

But it must resync every times when I reboot linux although I wait for
100% sync.

And it take a long time for each synchronization because of 80 GB.

How can I solve this problem?

Thank you.
