Restoring MBR

I have been using GRUB for OS selection, but recently my WinXP crushed yet again (Damn microsoft!), and I could not repair damn thing beacuse it messed up its own NTFS partition, so that it apeared to be unformated. So I reinstalled Win XP, but it recorded its own MBR, and I need to reinstall GRUB to boot back into Linux. So the question is: How can I restore my old MBR or reinstall GRUB without reinstalling Linux again.

I am using RH Linux 7.3
I do have boot CD and Boot Floppy
How do I reinstall grub from command prompt ?

I agree, I don't trust M$ after deal with the lilo boot loader.
Now I just use a floppy to boot Linux.
