Resolution in X....WM is Fluxbox...
 
The problem I'm having is being stuck in a lower resolution. Its loading up in the res of about 800x600, or even lower, i can't tell. Even though, as you can see, I want it to load as 1280x1024, it still loads as lower, for some WIERD reason...any idea's?

Try setting your default colordepth to 16 and res to 1280x1024

after a heap of playing around, I have to change the Horizontal refresh rate to match whatever res...argh!
If i set the HorizSync to 31.5-90 and change the res to say 1280x1024, itll for some reason go to 1600x1200 but you have to use the mouse to scroll around the screen...

same with a few other res's...anybody know why you have to scroll around the screen, etc?

or if there is some universal setting to make all res's work, at all settings..etc?


BTW: Thats with default color depth as 16..
