Resizing the existing partition

I have a production server and i am running out of space in one of the partition. I have another partition which has ample space i would like to take that space and move it over to the other partition. I tried installing Gparted but while installing i get a error message saying libparted is not uptodate. Can someone help me update libparted current version is 1.6.3 and it said to have 1.7.1 or greater or help me Re-size the partition some other way

Do you know of any GUI Solution to do the resizing. Which is Free and simple. I am not too familiar with Shell commands.
