hi i install request tracker on my centos. can someone help me to run this application

If it's installed then open a web browser and browse to the rt login page..

If it's not working then you need to provide a bit more information, error messages, etc..

You may also find the BestPractical Wiki to be of use. Make sure to follow all of the directions as far as system configuration is concerned else you will have a lot of headaches.
