Repo being used in installation but not during update
I am using fedora 7 for sometime now and do regular updates and thus made my own repository of the packages that were downloaded during updates. Due to some reasons I had to format my comp but I had saved all the packages before. Now in the new installation I hosted my repository on my own comp by enabling the FTP server and adding its repo file in /etc/yum.repos.d
the following are the contents of repo file that I created

I made the repo by using createrepo

Now the problem is that whenever I want to install any software it also checks myrepo and if it is present there it takes from there, that's fine. But when I want to update anything(like I give the command "yum update kernel") then it shows the following error [Errno -1] Metadata file does not match checksum
Trying other mirror.
Error: failure: repodata/filelists.xml.gz from myrepo: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.

Why is this happening? When I want to install anything it works fine but when I want to update anything it doesn't...

One more thing... when I give command to install any package and it involves upgrading an already installed one then also it gives an error... If I disable this repo then everything works fine.
If I install any package which doesn't involve any upgradation then myrepo also workd fine
