Replace GRUB Bootloader with WIN NT Bootloader

Hi - after a disasterous failed upgrade from fedora 10 to 11, which destroyed my Lnux (2nd) hard disk, and destroyed GRUB Bootloader, I find myself in the position of a dual boot machine (WIN, Fedora), booting automatically into GRUB shell command line, with no GRUB MENU: now options to select WIN, LINUX etc.
Thru a trick in GRUB, and aid in these forums, I managed to used commands to get WIN booted after 3 days.
I wish to replace the GRUB Bootloader with the WIN NT Bootloader, and so avoid booting directly into the GRUB command shell, every time I start the machine.
I believe the GRUB bootloader resides on the first (of 2) hard disks, the windows disk. How can I replace the grub bootloader with the WIN NT bootloader please?
I have tried to boot from WIN install disk (thinking about FIXMBR procedure), but that CD simply does not boot.
Is there a manual method to replace one bootloader with another?
It does appear that my Linux disk is trashed, but I can live with that and start over, once I can boot cleanly.
Thanks
George

For Windows NT, you can download & use the FixMBR tool.
You can actually restore your grub quite easily as well if you have a LiveCD.
