REOback Install

HI All

I have been trying to install REOback on my linux sytem to do a backup. When I go to install the RPM it tells me that it needs perl lib-net. I have downloaded the perl lib-net rpm from the net but can't get it to install, when I go to install it says that it is going to cause problems with some other programs and does not install . I am currently running RedHat 9 on my system. Would any one be able to point me in the right direction?
