renice process to allow it 100% cpu usage


hello
i have an intensive process running in my ubuntu server,
i want to allow it the maximum cpu usage possible so it
finishes faster, i alredy set its nice number to -20 but
it just goes up to 25% cpu or so. is it
possible to allow it or force it to use 100% or the
maximum possible???'
