Hi guys, I am going to give up on qmail and head back to sendmail. I am just making sure that I remove it correctly, or if it would be better to just reinstall.

I am on Mandrake 10.1, and followed the toaster at http://www.shupp.org/toaster/ . Apparently not very well because pop mail is not working.

I just need to know, what command would I enter that would remove qmail, all of the settings (permissions and whatnot) and all of the plugins that were installed. Do I need to go through them one by one, or can I just uninstall qmail and it will get rid of everything else?

Maybe you just needed a better howto? There are 2 in my signature that may help. Also there is www.qmailrocks.org.

If you remove qmail, most likely nothing else will work because most modules require qmail to be installed, but if you want to be sure, then yes, you have to go through and delete all the folders that were created during the install of all your add-on modules.
