Maybe log on as some remote user that has permissions to use the program. Generally remote users should not be local users.

Do you mean incoming access or outgoing access?

What are you trying to accomplish?

both.

I need to make the browser available to guests. And I don't want access to other private things, photos, etc.

For that you'll need to make your own AppArmor profile for the browser and give it access only to certain directories. The AppArmor profiles which are provided by the various distros tend to be so open as to be useless in that regard. So you'll have to start from scratch.

You still haven't provided much detail on what exactly you are trying to do, but you might want to take a look at kiosk mode.

If you code, so you can take the source and modify it to your need, you might look at Iron Bars Shell and set up user accounts for these users and configure IBS to allow them the browser (and exit) as the only things they can run.
