Remastering bootable CD

Hello,

I have a CD that will boot into custom OS to enable me to flash the firmware (I am not sure what OS is inside this CD, but it looks like a "lite" version of Windows)

The problem right now is that I need to add some files into the CD.

I can just extract the files of the ISO and reburn the CD, but with this way, the CD will not be bootable anymore.

I read this article but the author highlighted he had not succeeded yet:
http://users.telenet.be/mydotcom/how...bootcd_win.htm

Has someone ever done remastering CD/DVD that contains boot specific information?

Thanks.

Hi, k3b (cd/dvd burner) has the option of using and being a boot image cd.

You can also get a boot image from the web.

http://www.bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm

The other directions are very similar to the article you link to.

Cheers, Regards, Glenn
