reinstate panel

I use ubuntu 10.04. I deleted one of the panels on the desktop by mistake,- the one that had the indicator applet, application launcher etc. I added a new panel and managed to get back the indicator applet, application launcher etc, but I am unable to get the " System- Preferences- Administration", and the "Places". Is there a way to add these, or maybe get back the default panel?
