Unhappy Reinstalling redhat

How do i reformat, i need to reinstall redhat9...

just reinstall, it will give you the option of remormatting. I think you can chose automatic partitioning. Then you will have the options of removing all partitions(windows os too) or just removing all linux partitions(save windows os).
