What i'm trting to do is, for example, you have a movie that is in english and in french, the audio is put in 2 different channels. I would like to switch among them (i've been told that BSPlayer, windows made, can do it). Just to know if mplayer can do it also (or any other proram).

hi there,

you can simply resolve this by running kmix or whatever sound mixer you use, split the master channels and use either one of them to listen to that language - it's basically like left speaker plays french, the other speaker plays english.

Only bad thing is, you won't be able to play that movie in "stereo".

Hope this helps!
