What's wrong with fdisk? It's actually a menu tool like cfdisk - it just doesn't *look* like it
, and it's actually more powerful and just as easy to use.
There's sfdisk, but that isn't really recommended. And parted. And various commercial things. Not sure. In Slack, I think cfdisk is in util-linux-2.11z-i386-1. Dunno about RH.
