regarding cfdisk
Hi everybody
I am using Red Hat 8.0 I want to ask which package gives the cfdisk utility or if u can suggest any other method except fdisk of deleting and making partitions on the disk Rahul |
util-linux
other solution... sfdisk if you think you're tough enough. |
What's wrong with fdisk? It's actually a menu tool like cfdisk - it just doesn't *look* like it ;), and it's actually more powerful and just as easy to use.
There's sfdisk, but that isn't really recommended. And parted. And various commercial things. Not sure. In Slack, I think cfdisk is in util-linux-2.11z-i386-1. Dunno about RH. --Well, who'da thunk grepping would take so damn long. :( |
