reduce an LVM partition in Red Hat

Hi,

I run Red Hat Advancer server 2.1 and have the following problem :

My system disk is fine.
My data disk is a hardware RAID5 where LVM takes the whole raid5-disk.
so i have 1 Volumegroup and the whole raid5 disk is in the VG. On top of the volume group, i have some LV's. Not all the filesystems on the LV's are full.

I want to create a FAT partition on the RAID5-disk out of the LVM; so i can access that partition when i boot the system in dos. e.g. to create a ghost image for example. (ghost does not see the LVM partition)

Do i have to re-install completely the server ?

Can i resize the LVM partition with commands that exists in RH Linux ?

Do i need tools like partition magic ?

any help, is greatly appreciated.

regards, Johan
