redirecting root password to a file

i am running Redhat EL5. After logging as user other than root , i open a terminal. From the terminal window
i want to log into root. Instead of typing the password on terminal, i want to redirect the password to a text file. Is there any way to do this?

thanks

*to* a text file?? do you mean *from* a text file? What do you actually want to achieve?? What is your motivation? Maybe you'd be better off looking at sudo?
