Question redhat kernel upgrade

I have redhat 7.0 installed in my box. After I upgraded kernel, there always are 2 problems, 1 is about SB live soundcard, during booting kernel says cannot locate the module emuxxxx; the other is about NFS lockd. System works fine, SB Live is working, I can listen to music. I doubt cauz I choose SB Live during kernel compilation, not as a module, but the configuration still want to load that module.

Anybody want to discuss this? Thanks.
