Hello... I'm running Fedora Core 1 and I installed Blackbox... i'm trying to set it up so that i could use it... but for some reason i can't find a way around it
I have read so many pages describing different ways to get it to work but nothing is working. Can somebody please help me?!!!!
how did u get it to install? im having problems with fedora release 1 on my laptop. keeps saying X not found yadda yadda .....for your trouble make a .xinitrc file in your home folder. suppose u are not root. and u want to run it. make a file called .xinitrc in home/user/ where user is your username. and in that file. point it to where u installed blackbox. if u dont know where it i guess u did the default install. i dont remember the path for that one.
hey.. thanks... i tried it but it didn't work... and to install it i just downloaded the tarball from http://blackboxwm.sourceforge.net/ and did the regular install
