REDHAT: Change Date Format from MM/DD/YY to DD/MM/YY?

Hi again from the newbey!

I'm running the following version of linux:
Linux ... 2.4.21-40.EL #1 SMP Thu Feb 2 22:14:00 EST 2006 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
What, where, who, how do I control the Date format? It's coming up as MM/DD/YY, when I really want the format to be DD/MM/YY.

There has to be a setting somewhere? I just have no idea?

Thanks in advance,

GREG.
