REDHAT 8 and SOLSTICE BACKUP 7.1 PROBLEM
 

Help me please!!!!!!!!! im new in that, and in this forum, and my english its a little poor because im from Argentina, you know..... :)

I have a big problem when i became to install "Sun StorEdge Enterprise Backup Software 7.1" Client in a RedHat 8.0 workstation.
When i try to install the RPM, redhat tell me "lgto*****.rpm is already installed" and I ---> O.o WTF??
Then i try to uninstall it (uninstall the RPM that i was never installed!!!) and redhat tell me "lgto******.rpm is not installed"

any know whats happen??? how can i "reinstall" that packages??

i solve it!!!! with RPM -i "--force"
--force replace all the files of the RPM
