Red5 Video Streaming with High Quality

I have installed Red5 steaming server in CentOS machine. I can stream and record videos using oflademo.

But the problem which I face is streaming is very slow. Video quality is very low..!

What need to be done to improve the quality of videos ? I didn't change any settings of Red5 yet. It is running with its default configuration.

I will be very thankful to you if anybody help me to improve the quality of the Videos.

Thanks..
Nikesh

Without knowing HOW you are " streaming " these videos
nor with what software is being used
nor without knowing the bandwith ( is it DSL or 56k dial up , or a 100Gig fiber )

there is nothing we can suggest
