Question Red hat, wine and winetools help

Yea when i load red hat it says all that mess , loading cups ect. It says loading wine then [ok] to signify it loaded properly, and someone told me to get winetools so i did, and i guess it loaded or whatever the install package deal came up, but what do i type in the terminal to activate it and whatnot?

Then after that should i be able to run wine from that, or do i have to again type something in terminal?

Thanks, Ryan
