Red hat installation errors
 

I'm not sure if it is something abnormal about my system but every time i try to install red hat it tells me it had an abnormal error which caused it to halt. Has anyone had this problem before? I would get probably as far as 4-5 minutes into the installation and poof there it goes.

Can someone help me please and tell me what is wrong? It is really frustrating because it even got as far as 65% one time and poof there it went with the same error about some abnormal error.

is it happening at the same point or different points during the install ?? might be a bad disk ?? is it bought or did you burn yourself ??

It came with the red hat 7.2 bible. There are three disks. It happens at different times of the installations. Sometimes my pc freezes but that has only happened twice, then sometimes it happens in the middle of the installation. Or when it is actually copying the files

What are the hardware specs for your system?
Does it happen regardless of what installation mode (text mode, expert mode, etc.) you try?
