Red Hat cer 4 squirrelmail issue


I created and email account called custservice which represent customerservice@atcdirect.com, I tried to send test message to this account , their is an error message that appears that say "ERROR : Could not complete request.
Query: SELECT "INBOX"
Reason Given: Mailbox does not exist

also the left side of a split screens say "ERROR : Could not complete request.
Query: CREATE "INBOX/Sent"
Reason Given: Permission denied" I spoken with Red Hat concerning this issue and we change the mail these files /usr/share/squirrelmail/config/conf.pl

Hit 3, to go to the folder defaults, and match it to the options below.

Folder Defaults
1. Default Folder Prefix :
2. Show Folder Prefix Option : true
3. Trash Folder : INBOX.Trash
4. Sent Folder : INBOX.Sent
5. Drafts Folder : INBOX.Drafts

no change in the file system when access this mailbox.
