Red Hat 9.1 Desktop Changing

Hi,

1. Just wondering how do I change between Gnome and KDE on Red Hat 9?
2. What links am I able to grab the new KDE and Gnome Desktop's?
3. How do I install the new 1's over the old ones? Using Uvh-?

goto system settings then to more system settings then to desktop switching tool

im not sure how 2 install em cause i cant
