Recovery of full LVM snapshot

I have been foolish. I am running Xen with several virtual machines. As they are all similar, and I wanted to make it easy to create more, I decided to use writable snapshots under LVM as the main disk for each DomU.

However, I am now regretting this. Although I have been monitoring the snapshot usage levels, one of them has now become full. This disabled it, crashed the machine, and now I cant get anything from it.

Nothing has changed on the 'base' volume since the snapshot was taken, and nothing but the virtual machine uses the snapshow, so theoreticaly I should be able to recover the data and restore it somehow, but I can find no way of doing this.

Please help! Does anyone know how I can get the data off this snapshot?

regards
Mouse
