Recovering ZFS files from old pool, accidentally overwrote with same poolname

Hello dear community,

I was in use of a rather uncommon solution... I used ZFS for storing data on my home pc.
Now I was switching harddrives, and my zfs pool was removed because it couldnt find the harddrive connected to it anymore. I tried to make it usable again...by creating a new one with the two partitions I used for it...
Is there any way to recover data from these partitions? Actual data loss would be really fatal and I would go quite far to be able to recover these.

Then you should consult a data recovering company.

Have you tested the HDD data cable?
