Which is the file where stores the notes Sticky Notes?

They are of another user of the system and I do not find the files where stores them.

Depends on the sticky-note program. Try looking in the users home directory, in one of the hidden files (use ls -a or set the window manager to "see hidden")

eg. Tomboy Note stores everything in ~/.tomboy/

Are you referring to the gnome tomboy stickynote applet? If so the notes are in the users home directory in $HOME/.tomboy/. Each on is a xml file with a .note extension.

I did it without obtaining results even with the user root. I refer to the same Sticky Note for GNOME Desktop Environment.

Before it stored in .sticky but I see now that does not store in this folder.

I found it in $HOME/.gnome2/stickynotes_applet in XML format.

Linux Mint MATE Edition (version 19 at time of writing) stores them at:

Code:
$HOME/.config/mate/stickynotes-applet.xml
