Unhappy recovering redhat 8.0


i have installed
winxp prof in /dev/hda5,
win 2k in /dev/hda6
linux root in /dev/hda3
linux swap in /dev/hda4
now have to reinstall win xp but the mbr modifies when i install it

how can i recover linux in that case

Use your boot floppy that you made or the Red Hat 8.0 Rescue Mode and re-install grub after you get Windows to behave.
