Recording RealMedia Audio Streams

The BBC provide an excellent archive of radio broadcasts on their website. I would like to record these streams which are broadcasted as RealMedia and save them in other formats for my own personal use. Can anyone recommend software which will do this? I would prefer a generic audio recording device and not one specifically designed to capture RealMedia streams.

i used mplayer to nab the new Mighty Boosh videos, it'll do just with with audio too. just use "mplayer -ao pcm [etc..]" to save the stream to audiodump.wav
