Record MGCP Phone Calls

I would like to be able to record the phone calls I make. I have a really really simple network setup.

Router w/NAT
|---Linux Server
|---DLink VoIP Gateway.

On the linux server I have a small web server running that has about 20 visits a week.

I have read that some people use software like Ethereal that sniffs the network and can generate MP3s for VoIP traffic.

What I am looking for would be a piece of software that can capture the packets, and generate MP3s and if possible take the CID from the packets and use it in the filename or ID3 tag.

I thought about using Asterisk to do this but my understanding is that asterisk cannot act as a clent using MGCP.

What kind of Processor and memory consumption should I be expecting?
