reconfigure evolution?

Hi folks,

I am trying to get evolution to work as a mail client on FC6. All I want it to do (at this time at least) is send and receive mail on the local box, using sendmail to send and to receive mail from the same mailbox that I would get mail from by typing "mail" on the command line.

I started up an unconfigured evolution and got the "wizard" to configure it. I selected "none" for incoming mail server and "sendmail" for outgoing. I know I have mail in my mailbox because I sent myself a couple of messages, but I can't see them.

OK. I obviously chose the wrong incoming mail type, but how the heck can I change it now? I deleted the entire $HOME/.evolution directory and also $HOME/.gconf/apps/evolution, but I don't get the wizard back for an unconfigured evolution. So what do I do now? Uninstall and reinstall? And what should I have chosen?

Surely there ought to be some way to get back to the configuration app for evolution? I must be missing something, but what?

Thanks,
Paul

On the menubar...Edit --> Preferences. The first thing you'll see is a list of your mail accounts. Select the one you want to edit and hit the "Edit" button.
