Recommend me linux control panel

Hello, I would like to ask about lite free linux control panel that will not use many resources . Now I'm using kloxo control panel and I think that something is not okay in the control panel because mysql use many RAM . I want to reinstall my OS and change kloxo . My preferences for control panel are services are :

Mysql
PHP
Apache or lighttpd
FTP
and most importantly to not use many resources (CPU & RAM)

I will host only 1 big site with 5000-6000 unique visitors . I'm waiting for your advices thanks in advance .

It is control panel for server administration I was try it but it is not so easy any proposals ?
