Recommend a Document Management System

Friends.

In our office, we do produca a lot of Office Documents.
those scatter over all the PCs.

To search and find a specific document is painful.

I am in search of a nice Document Management System so that all documents are kept centrally and accesed from anywhere in office.

I tried OWL.
It is fine but too complex.

Is there any other fine DMS?

Thanks.
T.Shrinivasan.

We are using subversion for the same purpose. Originally subversion is a source code management tool. But it can very well manage the documents.
